Random Drug Testing
Mid America Consortium (MAC) is established by Mid America Labs, Inc. to provide random drugs and alcohol testing services for a group of companies that are required to comply with the rules and regulations of the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT).
MAC combines names from all participating companies into a members pool where names will be randomly selected through computer-generated means for DOT urine drug/breath alcohol testings.

Mid-America Labs, Inc. offers experienced high-quality, professional Independent Medical Examinations by Dr. John Lucio, DO who is a licensed physician in the State of Missouri.
His reputation for these Independent Medical Examinations includes comprehensive, thorough, & detailed professional reports with fast turn-around time. He is also the on-site MRO for Mid-America Labs, Inc.
Dr. Lucio is certified to do these types of examinations through the American Board of Independent Medical Examiners and MROCC (Medical Review Officer Certification Council).
High-Quality Testing Guaranteed (Lab Testing / Speciman Collection)
The staff at Mid-America Labs, Inc. are all DATIA-certified(Drugs and Alcohol Testing Industry Association) for urine, hair, & breath alcohol testing. Federal drug testing guidelines are closely followed in specimen collection, receiving, storage, quality control, and reporting. Confidentiality and documentation of the strict chain of custody are maintained throughout.
Strict guidelines are followed to keep the chain of custody intact in case the results are being challenged in a court of law.
DOT Physicals
Drivers who operate commercial motor vehicles (CMVs) are required to get a DOT physical examination to ensure they are physically, mentally, and emotionally fit to operate their vehicles.
A Department of Transportation (DOT) physical is a health examination mandated by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) for commercial motor vehicle (CMV) drivers. The examination must be performed by a licensed medical examiner.

Meet The Founder
Kwei Lee Su, Ph.D. forged the way of founding Mid-America Labs, Inc. in 1987 as the Midwest's very first private forensic laboratory in the heart of America.
With over 30 years of forensic experience, her expertise involved toxicology & criminology work with expert witness court testimony while working closely with local and surrounding law enforcement agencies, and local and surrounding businesses with a focus on ensuring a safer workplace, keeping the community safe, and providing lectures on drugs of abuse testing and signs of impaired workplace behavior.
Her training background included the FBI Academy in Quantico, Virginia, and the Missouri State Highway Patrol Crime Lab.
