Since one of the 6 pillars of health is sleep, Dr. Jen loves to help you get that pillar healthy and strong.
For our health, we must get at least 7 -9 hours of sleep per night. She will discuss the various reasons that you may not be getting that amount of sleep and will work with you and your work hours on a plan that will optimize this pillar or health.
